We have spent the nearly 10 years certifying and learning all there is to know about hormones and weight loss/fat loss! 3 certifications later, and lots of studying has brought you an awesome plan! There's always been a missing piece, now we know hormones are it!
We've done nutrition programs for YEARS. . . Without your nutrition in place, you won't get the results you're after. No plan is perfect unless it's something you can do.
Many of you know we love macros. . . the science is undeniable and the results are amazing! People learn how to eat without restricting or having off limits foods. The problem for some is that they get addicted or rely on weighing/measuring everything and can't ever get to intuitive eating. . on the flip side, there are others who will not track, weigh or measure, so even if the perfect macros are set up, chances of success are slim because there's no compliance. We teach you balance between learning to understand macros and how to track them, but we also teach you how to listen to your own hormonal signals so you don't have to track macros forever!
